Requisitos

Peimari United, a respected amateur football club in Sauvo, Finland, is looking for motivated interns for the 2026 season. This position is specifically designed to fit within the Erasmus+ traineeship framework, offering a structured international experience in Northern Europe.

The Opportunity

• Role: Assistant Coach Trainee.
• Duration: Flexible, ideally 6 months (April – September 2026).
• Workload: 30-40 hours per week.
• Language: English (Minimum B1 level).

Your Responsibilities

You will gain hands-on experience by supporting both adult and youth programs:

1. Adult Team (Primary): Assist the head coach in session planning, tactical drills, fitness monitoring, and match prep.
2. Junior Program (Secondary): Support youth coaches, contribute to player development, and practice group management skills.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this placement, you will be able to structure professional training sessions, apply coaching principles in a real-world European club, and demonstrate high-level communication and leadership skills.
