The University of Granada is pleased to inform its students about an Erasmus+ Traineeship opportunity at Sapienza University of Rome, one of Europe’s leading universities. The traineeship will take place within the Erasmus Unit / International Office, offering students valuable professional experience in the field of international higher education and mobility management.
This opportunity is addressed to motivated and proactive students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in an international academic environment.

🛠️ Main Tasks
Selected trainees will support the Erasmus Unit in the following activities:

Assistance with international student reception and orientation

Support in the management of mobility programmes (incoming and outgoing students)

Front-office and back-office administrative tasks

Organization of international events and welcome days

Communication support, including:

Social media management
-
Newsletter preparation
-
Website content updates
-
🎓 Eligibility and Requirements

Students must be eligible for an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant from the University of Granada

Good command of English and/or Italian (preferred level: B1–B2)
-
Interest in international relations, student mobility, and administrative work in a university context
-
Proactive attitude and good organizational skills
