The laboratory of Dr. Joanna Przybyl is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow and a Research Assistant to participate in translational cancer research projects at the intersection of biomedical data science and cancer biology. The Przybyl lab is part of the Cancer Research Program of the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre, and the Department of Surgery at the McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Research in the Przybyl lab is focused on developing novel clinically applicable liquid biopsy assays and investigating metabolic reprogramming in soft tissue sarcomas. Dr. Przybyl’s group also applies multi-omic (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic and methylome) high throughput methods to discover new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets in soft tissue sarcomas.
