Requisitos
Qualifications:
Coming from an engineering school or equivalent, you can work with Agile methodologies, and have demonstrated analytical skills, a good sense of synthesis, organisation, and rigor.
Candidates need to:
– Have hands-on experience on Agile methodologies
– Have good communication and influencing skills
– Be able to investigate and solve problems/incidents
– Possess change management and flexibility skills
– Build strong relationships with the various actors
Technical skills:
– Understand complex processes and translate them into clear specifications and diagrams (e.g., flowcharts)
– Notion of programming (Python/Java/C++, SQL)

Tareas
You will join the Business Analysts’ team working in Agile mode. As a Business Analyst, you will work on the maintenance of existing features and the development of new product features in close collaboration with the Developments’ and Account Managements’ teams. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of your team and become an expert in your BA activities.
Main tasks:
– Develop functional and practical expertise on the products
– Analyze and resolve issues raised by our customers to ensure product compliance with specifications and system integrity
– Reproduce defects from the real environment in test system to help developers correct them
– Research and investigate technical logs
– Contribute to the team to achieve maintenance goals
– Support team members and help them overcome their problems
– Participate and organize knowledge sharing to support continuous learning
– Collaborate with other teams: Global Customer Care, Product
– Managers, Service Account Managers, Implementation, and other maintenance teams
– Prioritize reported incidents
– Share feedback and propose solutions to improve products
– Learn from past issues, adapt, and improve to optimize the development process of new features
– Collaborate functionally on new product features
