Requisitos
Your profile:
* High school or University degree
* Fluent in English and Spanish language
* Drive, independence and perseverance
* Analytical skills with attention to details
* Problem solving skills
* Communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP is an advantage
Tareas
You will:
* Manage necessary invoice corrections for the business units ensuring best-in-class customer support
* Investigate discrepancies between payments and invoices and coordinate resolution with internal partners and/or external customers
* Provide support with additional charges/credits required for external customers
* Interact with internal and external clients from around the world on a daily basis
* Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned
* Use SAP and other systems on daily basis
* Gain experience and develop your skills in a fast moving business environment
