Required Knowledge. Skills and Abilities:
-High-advanced level of English language (oral & written) required & study abroad experience preferred.
-Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
-Availability, adaptability, and flexibility, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
-Independent user of digital competences, and high knowledge of computer operations, specifically Microsoft Office.
-Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and ability to work effectively with others as a team.
-Embraces diversity & creates a supportive work environment.
Basic Function: Provides administrative support for the coordination of high-quality academic programs, activities and services in Granada within the field of international education. Provides administrative case management support, coordinates submission of medical claim forms, and submittal of social media content. Plans and executes trips & activities for meaningful cultural engagement, and to prepare students for a global workplace. Acts as a liaison regarding students services, and responds in a timely manner to student concerns. Carry out emergency phone number (24/7) when assigned. Keeps Director informed on a regular basis.
