Requisitos

Tareas
– Reception of visitors
– Documentation and administrative management of hiring related to the SO project
– Economic justification of scholarships related to the SO project (JAE and FPI)
– Document management of visitor programs, trainings and colloquia for the SO project
– Liaison and consultative support in resolving visitor issues/incidents
– Support and advice on immigration procedures
– Office management support
– Assist in organizing strategic events and training activities
Work in a research center of international importance. The IAA-CSIC is an internationally recognized research center dedicated to the study of all major areas of modern astrophysics, from quantum gravity to the solar system, galaxy evolution, cosmology, the components of our galaxy, and extrasolar planets. IAA-CSIC received its first accreditation as a «Severo Ochoa» Center of Excellence in 2018, and another one in 2023. Our multidisciplinary team of about 240 people is committed to deepening our knowledge of the cosmos and bringing it closer to society. We do this by conducting cutting-edge astrophysical and space science research, fostering technological development through the construction of new instruments, and disseminating our research to the scientific community and the general public through outreach activities.
