What’s the recruitment process like? 

The application process is already open. After checking your profile and ensuring that matches with what we¿re looking for, the next steps would be: 
Filling the application form online (March to April 1st 2014) 
Numeric and logic reasoning online test 
Those who passed the test and the application form will pass through a telephone interview (March to May 2015) 
The preselected candidates will be invited to an assessment center at our Spanish Headquarters at June 2015 
The finalist will be informed at July 2015 
The start date will be the 7th of September

Unilever Future Leaders Programme- Marketing & Sales (Go-to-Market) Unilever is one of the largest global fast moving consumer goods company and manufactures some of the world’s best-known brands, such as Dove, Lipton, Knorr, Hellmann’s. Go-to-Market consists of all of the brand activity in the functions – marketing and customer development. This means that all commercial and sales activity within Unilever can also be found here. It is about the pursuit of market share and volume growth in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to work across some fantastic categories and on some of the world¿s most loved brands. What will I be doing? On the Go to Market programme you’ll get to undertake placements in both Marketing and Customer Development: In Marketing you¿ll be constantly deepening the already expert knowledge of our brands and the people who use them. You¿ll use this level of insight to help develop our products¿ personalities and strategies on an international level and how to translate these strategies into local market contexts. In Customer Development you¿ll build partnerships with a wide range of our customers, which can include: supermarkets, superstores, convenience stores, drug stores, discounters, online retailers, ice cream parlours and even theme parks. This will help us reach our target markets, which could mean working together to maximise a new product launch, recommending the right range of products, negotiating an annual business plan, or looking for new business opportunities. Our people have the opportunity to make a big impact every day on a local level, across Europe and the globe.
