What’s the recruitment process like?
The application process is already open. After checking your profile and ensuring that matches with what we¿re looking for, the next steps would be:
Filling the application form online (March to April 1st 2014)
Numeric and logic reasoning online test
Those who passed the test and the application form will pass through a telephone interview (March to May 2015)
The preselected candidates will be invited to an assessment center at our Spanish Headquarters at the second half of May 2015
The finalist will be informed at second half of June 2015
The start date will be the 7th of September

Tareas
You will work across local, regional and global teams. We are trusted advisors right across the business and you¿ll be in the thick of influencing strategy and investment decisions from day one. You will be making decisions that directly determine the future of our brands, the way we work with our customers and how we run our supply chain. We¿re looking for our future Financial Management leaders and the limitless opportunities at Unilever creates fully engaging innovative entrepreneurship. What will the programme involve? The programme is designed to grow you into a manager within 3 years, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You¿ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Over three years, you¿ll take on three stretching placements across our businesses; you may also have the opportunity to work internationally. You¿ll gain experience both in financial and management accounting and you¿ll be business facing, communicating with key contacts within the brand teams.
