Tareas
What will the programme involve?
Over three years you’ll cover 6/12 months placements to provide experience in our key areas:
The Planning team (either based at Head Office, a local factory, at the European Supply Chain Company ¿ based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland) or the two mentioned first but internationally!!
A customer service role at Head Office working directly with our external retail customers
A supervisory placement (leading a production team in one of our factories)
A project role which will see you take on a variety of challenges.

You could be finding a new way to get 12,000 liters of ice cream across the desert without it melting; transforming the way the world¿s largest spreads factory operates in personal care industry; or designing a more efficient distribution network to enable us to store and deliver our home care products sustainably to our customers. There’s always a new challenge to tackle and it will be made by you. You can contribute and guarantee plant functioning that gives to the world a high quality product like Cornetto or Dove. Every time someone testes the ice cream or uses the personal care product, they will test your work and feel the passion you work with.

What’s the recruitment process like?
The application process is already open. After checking your profile and ensuring that matches with what we’re looking for, the next steps would be:
– Filling the application form online (March 1st to May 1st 2016)
– Numeric and logic reasoning online test
– Those who passed the test and the application form will pass through a telephone interview (April and May 2016)
– The preselected candidates will be invited to an assessment center at our Spanish Headquarters at June 2016
– The finalist will be informed at July 2016
– The start date will be the 1st of September 2016
