Requisitos
VANI is a professional, multilingual team dedicated to making educational mobility a reality across the European Union. Based in our Kraków office, we coordinate international internships for students, job-shadowing for trainers, and facilitate participation in major EU-wide industry conferences and exhibitions. We leverage a broad network of partners to ensure high-quality mobility experiences, managing everything from logistics and accommodation to cultural integration.
Internship Roles & Responsibilities
As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international office environment. Your tasks will include:
- Office Administration: Performing general office duties and working with MS Excel databases.
- Participant Support: Supporting groups of foreign interns and organizing welcome and certificate ceremonies.
- Cultural Management: Planning and arranging leisure activities, cultural trips, and walks through the historic city of Kraków.
- Communication & Marketing: Creating content for social media and the website, and handling remote communication with foreign partners.
- Skill-Based Projects: Depending on your expertise, you may assist with informal English lessons or other specialized tasks.
Requirements
- Age: 18–30 years old.
- Language: Minimum A2 level English to interact effectively with the team and community.
- Skills: Competence in MS Office is required; familiarity with graphic design and social media is highly welcomed.
- Attitude: Enthusiasm for intercultural experiences, teamwork, and a respect for diversity.
What We Offer
- Accommodation: Comfortable shared accommodation at Guesthouse Trans-Expres, including a private bathroom and kitchenette.
- Financial Support: Fully covered food expenses (5,50€ per day) and pocket money (6€ per day).
- Transport: Unlimited local public transport card (trams and buses) and arranged transfers upon arrival.
- Insurance: Full health insurance provided through HENNER.
- Travel: Travel costs to and from Kraków are reimbursed in line with European Solidarity Corps (ESC) rules.
