Finding out more about EU Career opportunities

The European Personnel Selection Office carries out staff selection for all of the European Institutions and promote EU Careers. 6 steps to become an EU Careers Ambassador. I also like to draw your attention to the graduate level competition this year.  Students with finished B.A (incl. those who will have graduated by 31 July 2015 at the latest) are very welcome to apply.

More information can be found on our website www.eu-careers.eu.

We are looking forward to their applications!

Our contacts in your government have suggested that we get in touch with you to ask your support in raising awareness of career opportunities at the EU Institutions amongst your students.

As you may be aware, the EU Careers Student Ambassadors programme plays an important role in targeting talented young people on campus and making them aware of the vast variety of job opportunities the EU Institutions have to offer. This programme has been running for the past five years over which time it has grown from strength to strength.

In the 2014/15 academic year, the programme is represented 112 universities across all 28 EU Member States. They are organising and participated in many different events and career fairs, as well as promoting EU Careers through dedicated Facebook pages. We highly appreciate their efforts and are looking forward to continuing with this programme in 2015/2016.

You will find all detailed information on the programme here: http://europa.eu/epso/ambassadors/students/index_en.htm

As in the previous years, each university selected by your government will be represented by a single Ambassador from the student body.

We would like to ask your help in identifying a suitable student Ambassador at your university and to provide him/her with appropriate support during the upcoming academic year. We would be grateful if you could please circulate the link with all information and the application form amongst your students.

The selection process involves the following two stages:
