Do you have the ability, enthusiasm and drive to become an Hybrid IT Solution Lead working within demanding sales and delivery environments? Would you like to take on an active role in the company working in a diverse, fast moving and creative culture alongside world-class professionals?
Hybrid IT focuses on the Optimization and Orchestration of cloud and traditional IT environments from Conception through to Delivery. The Delivery Model is Global, it intercepts and adopts both EMEA and Japan-led technology developments, partner strategies (AWS, VMware, Azure) and interfaces, and enables an end-to-end Fujitsu Digital Proposition.
As the Head of Hybrid IT Presales, you drive and manage the strategic and tactical elements related to Hybrid IT in Western Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Spain & Portugal). You create and manage, together with the local presales and delivery teams, the Hybrid IT Community while also getting support from the central Hybrid IT offering owners.
· Responsible for providing Western Europe wide thought leadership for Hybrid IT services, developing Fujitsu Industry market recognition and sponsoring;
· Grow the business for Hybrid IT in both new and current accounts by leading the go-to market strategy together with the Sales and Client Management communities;
· Ensure and drive market competitiveness for the Fujitsu commercial propositions from a benchmark perspective and establish references and case studies;
· Lead a partner strategy and delivery model for Cloud propositions;
· Participate in the creation of market disruptive proposition(s) together with central Hybrid IT (Global and EMEIA) teams;
· Member of the Western Europe Presales Leadership Team, contribute to Western Europe and wider Fujitsu Strategy, initiatives & inter-working between Territories, Countries and Business areas.

Your profile
You are a natural spokesperson in the area of Hybrid IT/Innovation and you have proven experience in leading and delivering high complexity projects and services to customers. You know how to influence market relationships by proactively communicating with C-level executives on European/global level. You are seasoned in building successful hybrid IT communities, offerings and/or practices from a cross-cultural and matrixed business environment. As a born entrepreneur, charismatic and result-oriented person, you like both technical and business environments where you can create a networks and interact with clients on daily basis. Your writing skills are above average, you enjoy presenting your ideas in front of an audience and influencing business decisions. Next to this you have excellent English language skills.
