Requisitos
The ideal candidate will have:
– Technical expertise on AX2012R3 and Dynamics 365 for Operation
– Functional basic knowledge on at least one ERP domain such as `Trade & Logistics, Finance, ¿ in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 or Dynamics 365 FO
– Support experience on Dynamics AX / D365FO,
– Experience in development for Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365
– Good customer relationship
– Capability to manage a small team
– Good knowledge of Sure Step (FDD, FRD,..)
– MS CRM and/or Cloud experience is an asset
– Bachelor’s degree or more
– Capability to work in English, French is an asset
Tareas
– You’ll be our leader for D365FO Grenada nearshore center
– You’ll to support our Swiss team and our local and international customers on MS Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 for Operations
– You’ll develop on AX/D365FO and initialise our nearshore development center
– You’ll be the second level of support for our customer
– You’ll be responsible to manage your team (scope, quality and deadlines)
– You’ll validate all analysis before development and be responsible for the compliance and quality of the development
– You understand the business and know a first functional level
