Requisitos

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong learning velocity and ownership mindset.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals, including:
    • Git
    • Writing clean and maintainable code
    • Debugging

    • Basic systems thinking
  • Experience with TypeScript or willingness to learn it quickly.
  • Willingness to work across the full product and technical stack, including unfamiliar areas.
  • AI-assisted development mindset, with evidence of effectively using AI coding tools to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Strong product judgment and attention to creating trustworthy user experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with strong written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with or demonstrated interest in Computer Vision (CV) and Augmented Reality (AR).
  • Hands-on projects involving technologies such as:
    • MediaPipe
    • OpenCV
    • Pose estimation
    • Face tracking
    • ARKit
    • Unity AR
    • Camera calibration
    • PyTorch
    • CoreML
    • TensorFlow Lite (TFLite)
  • Portfolio of polished mobile, frontend, or product-focused projects.
  • Evidence of practical work through demos, prototypes, GitHub repositories, technical write-ups, shipped features, or personal experiments.
  • Experience with Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Firebase, PostgreSQL, or backend APIs.
  • Interest in digital health, medical devices, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or regulated software environments.

Tareas

Onboarding and Initial Contributions (First 30 Days)

  • Become familiar with the React Native and TypeScript mobile application.
  • Learn the Node.js/GCP backend architecture and administrative tools.
  • Adopt the company’s AI-assisted development workflow.
  • Deliver small production improvements, including:
    • UI refinements
    • Copy and translation fixes
    • Android rendering bug fixes
    • QA-related improvements
    • Test enhancements
    • Minor product improvements
  • Learn internal practices for writing scoped specifications, reviewing AI-generated code, maintaining small pull requests, and documenting medical software.

Product Development (First 60–90 Days)

  • Help achieve Android feature parity across:
    • Navigation
    • Permissions
    • Native module integrations
    • Responsive UI
    • Notifications
    • Device testing and QA
  • Improve user engagement features, including:
    • Reminders
    • Usage streaks
    • Progress feedback
    • Exercise completion workflows
  • Add and improve automated tests for user-facing features, API integrations, and platform-specific functionality.
  • Take ownership of a small product area from problem definition through implementation, testing, documentation, and iteration.

CV/AR and Advanced Development

  • Support capture session processing and label management.
  • Assist with golden-frame curation and QA overlays.
  • Build internal tools for:
    • Model evaluation
    • Acceptance metrics
    • Data quality monitoring
    • Clinical measurement validation
  • Explore and contribute to technologies related to:
    • Computer Vision
    • Augmented Reality
    • Mobile inference
    • Camera geometry
    • Pose estimation
  • Contribute to adaptive scoring systems, outcome tracking, exercise templates, and recommendation quality assurance.

Team Collaboration

  • Work directly with the CTO and Co-Founder.
  • Participate in code reviews and continuous product improvement.
  • Use AI coding tools responsibly, ensuring all generated code is understood, tested, and improved before deployment.

SALARIO Entre 40000 y 42000 y con posibilidad de equity
