Tareas

-Recommend products to suit customer needs, proactively up-selling where appropriate

-Deal with customer queries in a professional manner and suggest creative solutions for any issues

-Maintain brand consistency when uploading new products to the online store

-Ensure the online store is aligned with sales objectives

-Set and achieve goals for targeted unit sales and profit margins

-Collaborate with marketing to provide actionable reports on traffic volume

-Manage content to drive conversion rates for assigned markets

-Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and digital trends

-Identify and report technical issues and potential fraud.
