Tareas

-Evaluation and support of the implementation of new features or services in the E2E mobile service chain (e.g. VoLTE, VoNR, Cellbroadcast, Data, Hybrid)

– Manage our mobile services in the lifecycle

– Incident, problem, and change management for our mobile services (signaling, control, and user plane)

– Improvement of our mobile services E2E (UE to OTT supplier)

– Perception and enhancement of customer experience

– Problem management for services (e.g. Wireshark)

– Support management and other business units
