What will the programme involve? 

The programme is designed to grow you within 3 years into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You¿ll develop your individual leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. Three placements, including time at: 
Head Office global or regional 
Factory various locations 
An HR expertise team (Reward, Learning & Development or Talent).

What’s the recruitment process like? 

The application process is already open. After checking your profile and ensuring that matches with what we’re looking for, the next steps would be: 

Filling the application form online (March 1st to May 1st 2016) 
Numeric and logic reasoning online test 
Those who passed the test and the application form will pass through a telephone interview (April and May 2016) 
The preselected candidates will be invited to an assessment center at our Spanish Headquarters at June 2016 
The finalist will be informed at July 2016 
The start date will be the 1st of September 2016
