What’s the recruitment process like?
The application process is already open. After checking your profile and ensuring that matches with what were looking for, the next steps would be:
Filling the application form online (March to April 1st 2014)
Numeric and logic reasoning online test
Those who passed the test and the application form will pass through a telephone interview (March to May 2015)
The preselected candidates will be invited to an assessment center at our Spanish Headquarters at June 2015
The finalist will be informed at July 2015
The start date will be the 7th of September

What is being at Unilever Supply Chain? You could be finding a new way to get 12,000 liters of ice cream across the desert without it melting; transforming the way the world¿s largest spreads factory operates in personal care industry; or designing a more efficient distribution network to enable us to store and deliver our home care products sustainably to our customers. There¿s always a new challenge to tackle and it will be made by you. You can contribute and guarantee plant functioning that gives to the world a high quality product like Cornetto or Dove. Every time someone testes the ice cream or uses the personal care product, they will test your work and feel the passion you work with. What do we look for? Whichever area you work in ¿ Planning, Customer Service, Manufacturing or Logistics ¿ you¿ll need to be an excellent analytical thinker with a drive for getting things done and a real talent for delivering through others. We are looking for fast learner and ambitious candidates with a background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations Management. Is it U we¿re talking about? Over three years you¿ll cover 6/12 months placements to provide experience in our key areas: ¿ The Planning team (either based at Head Office, a local factory, at the European Supply Chain Company ¿ based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland) or the two mentioned first but internationally!! ¿ A customer service role at Head Office working directly with our external retail customers ¿ A supervisory placement (leading a production team in one of our factories) ¿ A project role which will see you take on a variety of challenges.
