Requisitos
Preferred pofessional experience in the following areas:
– Administrative experience
– Customer service experience
– Events/services coordinator
– Teaching
– Experience in working or dealing with groups
Availability, adaptability & flexibility.
Able to adapt to changing circumstances & to work outside regular business hours including weekends.
High-advanced level of English language (oral & written) required & study abroad experience preferred.
Technology skills: able to operate a variety of technological tools, including a solid working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, database management, cloud-based Apps & software, and social media platforms.
Organization skills, strong attention to detail and able to manage various calendars & schedule a wide range of activities.
Able to assist in the planning and implementation of all aspects of student services onsite: arrival & orientation; social & cultural activities; excursions; volunteer opportunities and other
Patient & customer service oriented, ability to work effectively and productively with others as a team, and able to work independently.

Tareas
Basic Function:
Provides administrative support for the coordination of high-quality academic programs, activities and services in Granada within the field of international education.
Assists in the coordination of student housing assignments & responds to student housing concerns.
Plans and executes trips & activities for meaningful cultural engagement, and to prepare students for a global workplace.
Provides administrative case management support, coordinates submission of medical claim forms, and submittal of social media content.
Acts as a liaison regarding students¿ services, and responds in a timely manner to student concerns.
Carry out emergency phone number (24/7) when assigned.
Keeps Director informed on a regular basis.
